All orders shipping to Canadian addresses are billed in Canadian Dollars. Shipments to Ontario will be charged 5% GST and 8% PST, to New Brunswick, Newfoundland, and Nova Scotia 13% HST, elsewhere in Canada 5% GST.
Enerplace charges a flat shipping rate almost all destinations. Since your shipping fee is fixed regardless of order size, we recommend you consider buying more items at once for best value.

Most orders will ship via FedEx Ground. Provided that your items are in stock, we will usually require one business day to prepare and ship your order. Your order will not be billed until it is prepared for shipment.
Where you are not available to receive your package, FedEx will usually leave it for you, making an attempt to find an inconspicuous location.

All orders shipping to US addresses are billed in US Dollars. At this time, the US Dollar prices are calculated using an exchange rate of CAD$ 1.00 = USD. US customers will be charged no sales taxes.
Enerplace charges a flat shipping rate almost all destinations. Since your shipping fee is fixed regardless of order size, we recommend you consider buying more items at once for best value. Flat shipping rates apply only to orders with a minimum value before shipping of USD $35.00. Orders under USD $35.00 will be billed actual shipping charges.

Enerplace arranges customs brokerage where required and pays all brokerage fees. Almost all of the items we sell are duty-free. In the extremely rare case where import duties are levied by the US governement, we will contact you to confirm these fees prior to shipment.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Orders with a value before shipping of USD $200.00 or greater cannot be shipped without your federal tax identity number. For companies this is your IRS number; for individuals it is your Social Security number. These orders require a formal customs declaration and this tax ID number must be provided to US Customs and Border Protection. ORDERS OF USD $200.00 OR GREATER WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE SHIPPED. See US Customs brochure US Import Requirements for more details.

Enerplace charges actual shipping rates to all international destinations. We suggest you request a shipping quote before ordering. We will ship international packages with an invoice for customs purposes, but are unable to predict any customs brokerage, duty, or other import fees. You are responsible for all such charges. Shipments to Mexico will also have the necessary NAFTA certificate (where applicable) and will usually incur no duty, but may have brokerage fees.
